Project Description

Argenta owner Matthias Willekens: “We were able to buy this property on Verlatstraat, it’s more than twice as large. It actually became a complete Brasschaat story. Jeroen and Martin from DBX architects were responsible for the design. We all grew up in Brasschaat, but moved to the city.” They turned it into a sustainable and modern office. For example, they used plastic from the Scheldt River as granulate for the 250m² floor. “A lot of daylight can enter. That’s why we installed brightness sensors in every room. This way, the lighting is very energy-efficient.

Hidden Bar
Matthias and Céline want to make their office a real experience space for both their team and customers. “There is a hidden bar with a dark The Good Floor where important moments can be celebrated with a glass. At the back, we also have a staff area with a garden. The location is really top-notch. The office is located between the Museum of Fine Arts and South Park. We focus on providing personal advice, and we don’t just do that online. Customers remain more than welcome in our new office.”
